At Friends of the Care Project, we recognise that every child develops differently and that many families need support beyond a classroom setting. Our Community Outreach Programme brings specialist services into homes and community settings, helping children and their families access the care, guidance and intervention they need in familiar environments.
Working alongside parents, carers, schools and healthcare professionals, our experienced team provides personalised support that helps children develop communication, mobility, independence and everyday life skills within familiar environments.
Early intervention is at the heart of our approach. By identifying developmental needs as early as possible and providing timely support, we help children achieve better outcomes while giving families the confidence and knowledge to support their child's development at home.
Our multidisciplinary team includes physiotherapists, occupational therapists, specialist educators and nursing professionals who work together to deliver holistic, family-centred care tailored to each child's individual needs.
Beyond therapy and education, Community Outreach provides reassurance, encouragement and practical guidance to families, helping them navigate challenges and celebrate every milestone along the way.
